These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CertWatch (the “Service”), operated by itriskcheck.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CertWatch performs daily automated checks of SSL/TLS certificate expiry, domain registration expiry (WHOIS), and DNS resolution for hostnames you register with your account. When a threshold is met or an anomaly is detected, the Service sends an alert to the email address on your account.
We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Checks are best-effort and may be delayed by factors outside our control, including third-party API outages, network conditions, or WHOIS data unavailability.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By subscribing you represent that you meet these requirements.
Access to the Service is tied to the email address provided at signup. We use magic-link email authentication; no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
CertWatch is offered as a monthly subscription on three tiers: Personal ($3/mo), Pro ($9/mo), and Team ($19/mo). All prices are in USD and are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date. We do not prorate or refund unused time. See our Refund Policy for details.
Each plan includes a maximum number of monitored hostnames: Personal (10), Pro (50), Team (200). Hostnames added above the plan limit will be rejected. Downgrading to a lower plan does not automatically remove hostnames; you must remove them manually to stay within quota.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by itriskcheck.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that checks will be performed within any specific time window or that alerts will be delivered without delay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will itriskcheck.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless itriskcheck.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
