CertWatch is a month-to-month subscription service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no notice period required. To cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that date your account is deactivated and monitoring stops. Your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
We do not issue refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period. When you cancel, you retain full access through the date you have already paid for. Because monitoring runs continuously in the background, the service is consumed as soon as the billing period begins.
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
To submit a refund request, email support@itriskcheck.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within two business days.
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and your next invoice is prorated by Stripe to reflect the new price. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period; no credit is issued for the price difference in the current period.
